Dr. Sheila L. Margolis and Dr. Ava S. Wilensky are the founding partners of CORE InSites Inc., a management consulting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. Sheila L. Margolis has a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development (HRD) and is an organizational development expert. She consults and speaks on workplace culture, organizational change and strategic human resources. Ava S. Wilensky holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development, a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling and is a certified Workplace Mediator. She applies her expertise in workplace culture, strategic human resources, and the design and analysis of employee surveys with organ-izations ranging from the Fortune 500 to not-for-profits. Dr. Wilensky’s research focuses on executive leadership, organizational culture, and nonprofit organizations, and has been published in journals and magazines including Human Resource Development Quarterly, Association Management, Family Business Magazine, American Venture Magazine, and Connections Magazine. Her lectures and presentations have been published in the proceedings of national conferences such as the Academy for Human Resource Development, the Annual Conference for the American Educational Research Association, the Annual Conference for Qualitative Research, and the Annual Conference for the Association of Nonprofit Organizations and Voluntary Action. Dr. Wilensky speaks at conferences and events throughout the country and Canada on a broad range of human resource topics.
